Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On February 11, at approximately 11:16 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 300 block of West 7th Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 33-year-old Terrance Waters, who was taken into custody without incident. Waters was found to be in possession of 5.92 grams of crack cocaine, and 14.76 grams of marijuana.
Waters has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver – Two Counts
- Possession of a Controlled Substance
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $21,000 cash-only bail.
