* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations less than one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to noon EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and periodic poor visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will overspread the area around daybreak Saturday and change quickly to a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain. This mixed precipitation will likely change to plain rain by midday as warmer air at the surface and aloft overspreads the area from the southwest.
