This is just a test to confirm Adak Nixle alerts are working. Recent Nixle alerts on scheduled power outage for this morning and yesterday's scheduled water outage went out as "Community" alerts, not "Advisory" alerts.
Apparently, Community alerts have a much smaller number of people (4) signed up for SMS alerts.
