4th Precinct Community Service Officers T. Frye and K. Eley collaborated with members of the Office of Violence Prevention and Trauma Recovery (OVPTR) for a “Community Unity with Law Enforcement” School Tour for 8th grade students throughout the City of Newark. The first stop was Cleveland Elementary School.
