* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...In Delaware, Delaware Beaches County. In New Jersey, Eastern Monmouth, Atlantic Coastal Cape May, Cape May, Coastal Atlantic, and Coastal Ocean Counties.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wet soils combined with the high winds could result in extensive tree damage. The strong winds will usher in much colder air, with temperatures in the 20s and 30s and wind chills in the teens. Potential for power outages combined with the cold could exacerbate the impacts of this high wind event.
