* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county, Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, including the following counties, Dunklin and Pemiscot, and West Tennessee, including the following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM CST, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dyersburg, Blytheville, Martin, Union City, Paris, Humboldt, Milan, Caruthersville, McKenzie, Trenton, Huntingdon, Gosnell, Manila, Hayti, Steele, Leachville, Reelfoot Lake State Park, Paris Landing State Park, Tiptonville and Newbern. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
