Flood Watch until 12:00PM Sunday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee, including the following areas, Anderson, Grainger, Hawkins, Sullivan and Union and southwest Virginia, including the following area, Washington VA.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals over the last 24 hours have exceeded 2-3" in areas near the Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia state lines, with amounts closer to an inch further south and east. Another round of intense rainfall is expected after midnight tonight as a strong cold front moves through, with an additional 1" to 1.5" of rain possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
