* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Numerous homes and businesses in Richlands, Doran and Raven areas are flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 PM EST Saturday the stage was 12.4 feet and rising rapidly. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:15 PM EST Saturday was 12.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.0 feet just after midnight tonight.
