National Weather Service has issued a FLASH FLOOD WARNING in effect for Western Cheatham County until 11:45 PM CST tonight. At 5:45 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly with the storms moving through the area.
