* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee, including the following counties, Campbell, Claiborne, Grainger, Hancock, Hawkins, Sullivan and Union and southwest Virginia, including the following counties and independent cities, City of Bristol, City of Norton, Lee, Russell, Scott, Washington and Wise.

* WHEN...Until 330 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for water from these storms to recede. Area rivers and streams remain high. Significant and dangerous flooding hazards are ongoing.
