* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1238 AM EST, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Mason, Oxford, Sharonville, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin, Cedar Grove, Mount Carmel, Scipio, Batesville, Brookville, West Chester, Ross, Seven Mile, Oldenburg, Darrtown and Dunlap.
