* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 35 below expected. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills less than 35 below possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Iowa, southeast Minnesota, and central, north central, and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 11 AM CST Monday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from late Monday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
