Flood Warning until 04:00PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana, including the following counties, Clark, Crawford, Floyd and Harrison and central Kentucky, including the following counties, Anderson, Bullitt, Franklin, Hardin, Henry, Jefferson, Meade, Nelson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer and Washington.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 411 AM EST, the heavy rain has ended, but widespread flooding continues. Local law enforcement and emergency management continue to report numerous road closures due to high water. Between 3 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen in the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but little to no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Louisville, Jeffersonville, New Albany, Jeffersontown, St. Matthews, Shively, Shelbyville, Shepherdsville, Lyndon and La Grange. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
