* WHERE...The following county, in southeast Indiana, Franklin and the following county, in southwest Ohio, Butler.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 639 AM EST, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but the rain is transitioning to snow, so no additional significant rises are expected on area creeks. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Mason, Oxford, Forest Park, Sharonville, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin, Springdale, Batesville, Brookville, South Middletown, West Chester, Ross, Seven Mile, Oldenburg, Darrtown and Dunlap.
