* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Numerous homes and businesses in Richlands, Doran and Raven areas are flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM EST Sunday the stage was estimated to be around 15.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:30 AM EST Sunday was 16.1 feet which occurred before midnight. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to around 2.5 feet by the end of the week. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 16.1 feet on 04/05/1977. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
