High Wind Warning in effect for Highlands through 6 pm EST Monday. 
The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning for Highlands until 6 pm EST Monday. West winds 30 to 40 mph are expected with gusts up to 60 mph which could blow down trees and power lines causing power outages. Travel may be difficult, so use caution if you must drive. Take necessary safety precautions.
