* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1137 AM EST, Law enforcement reported flooding continues along numerous roads across the county. Flooding will slowly recede, with no additional rises expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Batesville, Brookville, Oldenburg, Lake Santee, Blooming Grove, Metamora, Laurel, Cedar Grove, Mount Carmel, Saint Peter, Peppertown, Mounds State Recreation Area, Hamburg, Sharptown, New Trenton, Huntersville, Buena Vista, Andersonville, Rockdale and Mixersville.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FRANKLIN, IN
