1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1700) Farmington Road and Mission Valley Road, Park District
The male victim, 52, was in the area of the call location when he was confronted by the suspect. During an argument, the suspect stabbed the victim. The victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury and was treated at a local hospital. ARRESTED: Joseph Melton, 54, for assault with a deadly weapon.
2. Armed Robbery (2145) Kirby Lane and Saffron Way, Valley Oak District
The fifteen-year-old male victim met up with the suspects to sell his property. The suspects brandished firearms and took the victim’s property before fleeing the area. SUSPECTS: Four male teens, all wearing dark clothing.
