* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following county, Tazewell and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Mercer and Summers.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding, with water rescues still ongoing.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 214 PM EST, Major flooding is ongoing along the Bluestone River. Flooding along the Clinch is receding. - Some locations that have been impacted by flooding include...
