All Evacuation Warnings lifted. Foothill Avenue remains closed to through-traffic.
Evacuation Updates:
All evacuation warnings have been lifted. Effective 3:00 PM today, February 16, 2025 - all zones within Sierra Madre are downgraded to normal status.
Road Closures:
A small section of Foothill Avenue, just north of Grandview Avenue will remain closed as Public Works crews continue to clear up debris and mudflow from the roadway. All other streets are open. These closures are necessary to facilitate debris removal. They will remain in effect until crews have cleared the areas and determined it is safe to reopen. Please park outside the restricted area and walk to your destination.
Drivers are advised to reduce their speed and continue to exercise extreme caution when traveling in mud and debris flow areas, as residual mud may still be on road surfaces.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as recovery efforts continue.
