Flood Warning until 04:00AM Monday 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following county, Tazewell and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Mercer and Summers.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 708 PM EST, Gauge reports indicated flooding of streams and rivers, especially the Bluestone downstream of Falls Mills. - The Bluestone River at Spanishburg, WV was at 17.5 feet at 655 PM EST, which is moderate flooding. The river is falling now, and should fall below flood stage Monday morning. The Bluestone River at Pipesteam, WV was at 13.4 feet at 7pm. This puts it in minor flood. The river is falling and should be below flood stage Monday morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bluefield, Princeton, Richlands, Tazewell, Hinton and Cedar Bluff. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
