* WHEN...From Tuesday morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Widespread lowland and agricultural flooding is occurring. Water is reaching the outskirts of Bogota.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CST Sunday the stage was 21.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Tuesday morning and continue rising to a crest of 23.0 feet Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
