* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CST Sunday the stage was 20.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 21.5 feet Monday afternoon. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
