* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following county, Tazewell and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Mercer and Summers.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 228 AM EST, Gauge reports indicated flooding of streams and rivers, especially the Bluestone downstream of Falls Mills. - The Bluestone River at Spanishburg, WV was at 14.6 feet and falling at 215 AM EST, but still above minor flood stage of 12.0 feet. The river should fall below flood stage by this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bluefield, Princeton, Richlands, Tazewell, Hinton and Cedar Bluff. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
