This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band, the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley, and Lena Lake areas and the Bois Forte Band, Lake Vermilion, and Nett Lake areas. Other locations including Voyageurs National Park. This also includes the Boundary Waters western area.
* WHEN...For the first Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM CST this morning. For the second Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
