* WHERE...Jackson and Nobles Counties.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until noon CST today. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 9 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
