Extreme Cold Warning until 10:00AM Tuesday

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 35 below. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Iowa, southeast Minnesota, and central, north central, and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM CST this morning. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WINNESHIEK ... ALLAMAKEE ... FAYETTE ... CLAYTON ... WABASHA ... WINONA ... HOUSTON ... TAYLOR ... CLARK ... BUFFALO ... TREMPEALEAU ... JACKSON

Instructions:
