* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts in the higher elevations.

* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

* WHEN...From 2 AM Wednesday to midnight EST Wednesday Night.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, may become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Temperatures Thursday morning will drop into the teens and any water left on the roads may turn to ice making the Thursday morning commute hazardous in places.
