The Police Department 10 digit lines are down as well as Town Hall which is closed. If you dial 518-479-2525 or 518-479-1212 your call will automatically transfer to Rensselaer City PD who will forward the information to EGPD. Your call will not go unanswered. The 9-1-1 phones are still operational. We will advise you when the phones are back in service.
