Missing at Risk Adult in Petaluma Located 
Incident Summary Update:
Michael Hughes was located in good health by a Petaluma Police patrol officer and returned to the skilled nursing facility. Thank you to the Petaluma Community for your assistance and tips in locating Hughes. Additionally, thank you to the Cotati Police Department and tracking K9 "Dolly" for assistance in locating Mr. Hughes.
