* WHERE...A portion of southwest Minnesota.
* WHEN...For the first Extreme Cold Warning, until noon CST today. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from noon today to 9 PM CST this evening. For the second Extreme Cold Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LINCOLN ... LYON ... MURRAY ... COTTONWOOD ... NOBLES ... JACKSON ... PIPESTONE
