Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. requests the public’s help in identifying the below-pictured male suspect regarding a theft that occurred on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
At approximately 2:55 p.m. a package delivered to a victim’s residence at Barclay Street near Montgomery Street was stolen from the front porch. The victim had previously placed an online order for the merchandise, valued at $378.00, from Nordstrom. The following day, a male suspect was captured on surveillance camera exiting a bus at Short Hills Mall. He went inside Nordstrom’s and completed an exchange using the victim’s delivered merchandise.
