City Facility Delayed Opening - Road Conditions - Feb. 19
Lebanon City Hall and public-facing business offices will have a delayed opening at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
Utility bills can still be paid online or by phone, allowing you to stay out of the cold.
Weather & Road Conditions:
- Snow is expected to wind down around midnight, but light, blowing snow may continue, making it difficult to keep roads clear.
- Road crews will be out working, but extreme cold will limit the effectiveness of road treatment chemicals.
- Primary routes remain the priority and will be cleared first, followed by secondary and residential streets.
If you must drive:
- Take it slow and increase following distance.
- Be prepared for blowing snow and reduced visibility.
- Give snowplows plenty of room to operate.
Protect your pipes:
- With temperatures dropping, let faucets drip to help prevent frozen pipes.
- Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing.
Please be patient and cautious—snow totals are still uncertain, and conditions may remain hazardous. If you don’t need to travel, stay home and stay safe.
