Lebanon City Hall and public-facing business offices will have a delayed opening at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 19.

Utility bills can still be paid online or by phone, allowing you to stay out of the cold.

Weather & Road Conditions:

• Snow is expected to wind down around midnight, but light, blowing snow may continue, making it difficult to keep roads clear.
• Road crews will be out working, but extreme cold will limit the effectiveness of road treatment chemicals.
• Primary routes remain the priority and will be cleared first, followed by secondary and residential streets.

If you must drive:

• Take it slow and increase following distance.
• Be prepared for blowing snow and reduced visibility.
• Give snowplows plenty of room to operate.

Protect your pipes:

• With temperatures dropping, let faucets drip to help prevent frozen pipes.
• Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing.
