*What... For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 3 below. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 10 below expected.
*Where... Portions of East Arkansas, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee.
*When... For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM this morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 10 AM Thursday.
*Impacts...Very cold temperatures and Wind Chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Precautionary/Preparedness Actions... Use cautions while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat and gloves.
