Winter weather advisory means that accumulation of freezing rain, freezing drizzle, or sleet will create inconveniences
WHAT: Freezing Rain with ice accumulations up to -0.10”. Some black ice could also develop when the precipitation ends.
WHERE: All southeastern NC
WHEN: Later in the evening hours after 8pm and could linger until sunrise Thursday morning.
ACTION: Prepare for hazardous travel conditions
