Traffic Enforcement Operation in Temple City 
On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, as part of our ongoing collaboration with Temple City to improve public safety, Temple Sheriff’s Station deployed several uniformed motor deputies throughout the city to enforce traffic laws and improve traffic safety.
As a result of the operation more than 60 citations were issued for various traffic violations, including speeding, distracted driving, and other infractions that posed a risk to pedestrians and motorists.
“This enforcement is part of our ongoing effort to keep our roads safe for motorists and pedestrians. We urge all drivers to follow traffic laws and drive safe.” said Captain Jorge Meza.
Temple Station is committed to reducing traffic related incidents and will continue to conduct regular enforcement operations. Motorists are reminded to follow all traffic laws and drive responsibly to avoid accidents and injuries.
