? Pacific Coast Highway access is expanding starting at 6 a.m. TOMORROW to Palisades and Malibu residents, essential businesses and school buses. ?
Traffic restrictions will be in place, including no stopping or passing vehicles, reduced speed to 25 mph and only one lane in both directions.
We recommend essential travel only and to plan extra time for your commutes. Expect long delays.
*** CLARIFICATION: "Malibu residents" refers to those in the burn scar area. ***
