Minor flooding is forecast. For the L'anguille River...including Palestine...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Obion River...including Martin, Obion, Bogota...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the North Fork Forked Deer River...including Dyersburg...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Little River...including Rivervale...Minor flooding is forecast.

* IMPACTS...At 39.6 feet, Extensive flooding is occurring in the community of Obion. Agricultural land on both banks of the river is extensively flooded. Evacuations are necessary in Obion and Rives.
