* WHERE...Northern and central Coastal Plain into portions of the northern Piedmont.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roadways or sidewalks may become slick from additional runoff from snowmelt and result in black ice.
