West Mifflin Police are advising that traffic is backing up at the Lebanon Church Rd and MacArthur Dr intersection due to a traffic light issue. Traffic is backing up on two lane Lebanon Church Rd toward Pittsburgh McKeensport Blvd. The repair crews have been notified and are enroute to address the issue. Please use alternate routes.
