1. Weapon Arrest (1802) Thornton Road and Barcelona Ave, Lakeview District
Officers were investigating a disturbance when the suspect arrived in a vehicle and was detained. While searching the suspect's vehicle, officers located a firearm. ARRESTED: Jennifer Jones, 37, for weapon violations.
2. Battery on an Officer (0210) 400 Block of North Pilgrim Street, Park District
Officers responded to the area on a report of a disturbance involving juveniles. While on scene, the suspect shoved one of the officers, and force had to be used to take her into custody. The officer was uninjured and remained on duty. ARRESTED: A 12-year-old female juvenile for battery on an officer and resisting arrest.
