* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 2 PM MST Monday. For the High Wind Watch, from late Monday night through Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages.
