Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. seeks the public’s help in identifying the male suspects pictured below, who are wanted for carjacking a victim on February 11, 2025.
At approximately 2:00 a.m., the victim was leaving his residence in the 400 block of Irvine Turner Boulevard when two individuals wearing black clothing and ski masks assaulted him. They rifled through his pockets and took his car keys and vehicle, a 2018 grey Chevrolet Malibu. Police located the vehicle five days later in Jersey City on February 16, 2025.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information about the suspect’s identity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are confidential and could result in a reward.
