* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:10 PM PST Tuesday the stage was 5.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Warm temperatures has accelerated snowmelt in northern Nevada. This has led to a rapid rise in the Owyhee River since Monday afternoon. - Forecast...The river will oscillate below flood stage, but possibly reach action stage during the evenings as warm temperatures exacerbate mid elevation snow melt. - Action stage is 7.0 feet. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
