VICTIM(S): Confidential, 41-year-old male resident of Landers
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at approximately 06:38 P.M., San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputies assigned to the Morongo Basin were dispatched to a call for service for a reported male who was shot near the 1000 block of Cambria Avenue. Deputies arrived and located a 41-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The victim was transported to Desert Regional Medical Center for medical treatment.
Sheriff's investigators are currently continuing to work on all leads and motives in the case.
