Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. requests the public’s help in locating Jean Kensel Pierre Louis, 57, of Newark, who was reported missing on January 21, 2025.
Mr. Louis had been admitted to Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark on January 21st and was discharged on that same date. He did not return home. Mr. Louis is described as 5’4” tall and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket and blue pants. His mental and physical conditions are reportedly good.
Detectives investigating this incident report that Mr. Louis is known to frequent the area of South Orange Avenue and Sanford Avenue.
