* AFFECTED AREA...Portions of north-central Arkansas.
* WIND... West-southwest winds between 15 and 25 mph with gusts above 30 mph possible.
* HUMIDITY...Between 15 and 20 percent expected.
* THUNDERSTORMS...None.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
