Narrative:
On 03/01/2025, at about 07:30 PM, the Sheriff’s Communication Center received several 911 calls regarding shots being fired in the 11000 block of Nardo Street located within the unincorporated community of Ventura known as Saticoy. Deputies assigned to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office - Headquarters Station responded to the call for service. Responding deputies located an adult male victim in the area suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported via ambulance to a local hospital for medical care. 
 
Detectives are actively attempting to identify the suspect(s) who committed the shooting and are asking for the public’s assistance for any information regarding the shooting. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Detective Ramiro Rico at (805) 677-8772 or Detective Austin Whittaker at (805) 654-3509. Tips can also be submitted through Ventura County Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS (8477), where callers can remain anonymous.
