1. Robbery Arrest (0851) 1500 Block of East Fremont Street, Park District
The suspect entered a local business, forced the female victim, 22, to the back of the store, and held her against her will. Another employee intervened and got into a physical altercation with the suspect. The suspect took merchandise before fleeing the business. Responding officers located the suspect and took him into custody without incident.
ARRESTED: Arnold Stevenson, 39, for robbery, kidnapping, false imprisonment, battery, and an outstanding warrant.
