...HIGH WINDS AND HEAVY SNOWFALL WILL CAUSE RAPID VISIBILITY REDUCTIONS... .A strong winter storm will move through the area overnight Tuesday through Wednesday. Expect a wet, heavy snow with amounts from 3" to 6". Higher snowfall rates near 1" per hour combined with increased winds near 50 mph will cause rapid reductions in visibilities below 1/4 mile at times and down tree limbs. The heavier snowfall rates will shift southeast through Wednesday. Expect impacts to the morning commute.
